Originally from Baltimore, David built his career in New York City and Boca Raton before making Aspen home. His background in luxury sales, business development, and brand marketing naturally evolved into luxury real estate, where he leverages long-standing relationships from these markets to connect clients with Aspen's most sought-after properties. Having immersed himself in the community and mountain lifestyle, he offers clients far more than market expertise—he serves as a trusted resource for discovering the people, places, and experiences that make Aspen and Snowmass among the world's most desirable destinations.

Before entering residential real estate, David led nationally recognized advertising and experiential marketing campaigns for some of the country's most prominent real estate developers, brokerages, and luxury brands. He later served as Director of National Home Furnishings for Florida Design magazine and Modern Luxury Media, where he cultivated a sophisticated understanding of architecture, interior design, and luxury living. This unique perspective enables him to advise clients not only on buying and selling but also on maximizing a property's value through design, renovations, staging, and furnishings.

David's passion for Aspen extends well beyond real estate.
